Meridian Tower: The Moment Before is an immersive, role-based audio-visual experience with 32-channel spatial audio, three-wall projected animations, and a real-time decision-tracking program. The story was set inside a 1970s residential tower during a public Family Day event. Each participant is assigned to a role within the building’s power structure: maintenance technician, control room operator, operations manager, community coordinator, or observers. This experience is designed for 6–10 participants. Four audience members are randomly assigned identity roles.They receive Position & Motivation Cards and take part in major decisions that can influence the ending of the game. The remaining participants join as observers; they can still affect the ending, but with less weight than the key roles. Identities remain confidential throughout the experience.
